Terms of Use

Last updated: May 15, 2026

These terms describe how to use Timeline of You as a case prep workspace. They are written plainly because trust starts before the first upload.

1. What the service does

Timeline of You helps organize EB-1A evidence, estimate readiness against public USCIS criteria, explain gaps, and generate preparation materials. It is a software workspace, not a legal representative.

2. Not legal advice

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Using Timeline of You does not create an attorney-client relationship. AI-generated assessments and drafts are for information, organization, and review. Do not file them without independent review.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide information you have the right to submit.
  • Review evidence, citations, and generated text for accuracy.
  • Do not upload passwords, government identifiers, payment details, or unrelated sensitive records.
  • Use share links carefully, because anyone with a public link can view that shared case profile.

4. Accuracy and availability

We work to make status, evidence mapping, and explanations useful, but AI and public data sources can be incomplete or wrong. The service may change, pause, or fail. We do not guarantee USCIS approval, filing readiness, or uninterrupted availability.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also covered by our Privacy & Trust page. Your workspace is private by default. Public share pages are created only when you choose to create a share link.
